By accessing and using Foremen.AI's website and services ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this User Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Foremen.AI provides centralized back-office operations services for home and commercial services trades, including but not limited to marketing, inbound call handling, customer service, estimating, dispatch and scheduling, invoicing, collections, purchasing, payroll, recruiting, and customer follow-up. Our services are designed to help owner-operated trade shops run the business side of their operation.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5.1 Our Content

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

7.1 Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Foremen.AI in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable A2P regulations.

7.2 Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or by contacting us directly. Opt-out requests will be processed promptly.

7.3 Message Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages. You are responsible for any carrier charges incurred.

8. Service Availability

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foremen.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Foremen.AI harmless from any claims, losses, liability, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
